You don't need the 'Thank you', but it's not doing any harm there. 'Thank you for your attention' - instead of a plain 'Thank you' - would perhaps make it clearer why you are thanking them.

Additionally, there's no need to capitalise 'regards'.

Thanking someone is different from closing with a "regards."
