I feel that everyone learning English is important since it reduces language barriers.

1. Is the '...everyone learning English..." part incorrect?
2. Is it right to say "reduce language barriers" or should it be "reduce the language barrier"?

1) The first is gramnatically cotrect but unnatural. I would rephrase it: "Everyone should learn English because ...

2) Both are acceptable but I prefer the first.

I would start with "I think/believe it's important for people/everyone to learn English because ..."

The wording can be confusing because "everyone learning English is important" sounds like you are saying the people are important. As you read it, you think it's saying one thing, then as you read on, the intent becomes clearer. Better to start by stating that you are talking about the idea that everyone should learn English.
