I read "Charlie and Lola(You can be my friend)" " book.In this book, there is a sentense"Marten really like playing Round and Round"In the end of the book.there is a sentense,"You go Round and Round and Round...and Round"
What is the prhase "(play) round and round" or"go round and round"
Please tell me the meaning of them.

Round and round is the name of a board game that Morton likes to play. Lola says she really doesn't like playing that board game 'cause all you do is go (a)round and (a)round. It's boring. That is, the game piece goes around the board, again and again. There is no end or goal.

________
See the board game here at 00:00:02,25 and 00:00:10,06
