It's grammatically incorrect, as I'm sure you know. Grammatically, it should be "Cos I didn't have school". It might be down to dialect.

Edit: I've just watched the video. Actually, he corrects himself. He says "I didn't had ... I didn't have no school or nothing ... and didn't have no practice or nothing".
