"I did saw him" is a grammatically correct sentence, but it has nothing to do with "seeing." Are you familiar with the verb "saw"? It means to cut or divide with a saw. I doubt that is what you intended to express.

It's certainly used, I saw it many times. But it's incorrect as far as I know.

I did SEE him.

"I saw him"

But, as always, whenever you add did/does, you have to change the tense.

"I did see him" is the correct usage.
