1. I demanded that he should apologize.
2. I demanded that he apologized.
1 is of course grammatical and I wonder if 2 is grammatically correct and same in meaning with 1.
If so,
3. I suggested that she should go.
4. I suggested that she went.
Are 3 and 4 same in meaning too?
