I couldn’t sleep last night.

I couldn’t sleep last night. I got up around 01:30 a.m. I read the daily news and checked my emails. Then I started looking at Youtube videos. Suddenly I remembered that I had some letters to write. I began to write those letters. When I finished writing them it was 02:36 a.m.

But I had no sleep..

I decided to read some articles about personal improvement. I read them for a long time and thought about some important points. I noted the ones which were useful to me. When I finished taking the notes my eyelids were starting to close.. It was around 04:00 a.m.

I drank a glass of hot milk. Then I brushed my teeth. And I went to my bed..
