In the context of : My children should be proud of me. I brought them up right. I gave them all an education.
What is the difference between:
I brought them up right.
I brought them up.

and which one does right here mean?
1)properly
2)completely

I think it's pretty obvious here that the answer is 'properly'.

Both mean that you raised them. Only the first contains the additional information that you you did this in the correct manner.
