I would to know which is the correct expression " I and my family" or " my family and I". can I also the expression "me and my family" ?
thanks in advance

This is always the correct structure; X and I.

As the subject, use "My family and I." There is no grammatical reason to not say "I and my family" but by custom, we put the "I" second.

As the object, then use either "me and my family" or "my family and me."

My family and I are happy to welcome you to our home.
It was so nice of you to invite me and my family/my family and me to the party.
