Is it correct to say "I am making all the paper work or the member's records to pop up on my computer screen so I can read them"?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Maybe if you make it two sentences it will be easier to understand.

1) I am making the member's records to pop up on my computer screen. so, I can read them.

2) I am making all the paper work to pop up on my computer screen. so, I can read them.
 
Try:

I am making all the members' records pop up on my screen so I can read them.
