1) Are these four sentences similar in meaning?
Do natives use these sentences in the same context? Could you give some examples for me?

I am back home.
I returned home.
I came back home.
I get back home.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
2) Is the "back" adjective here? This sentence is a little unnatural to me.

I am back home.

1. No.
The first is about the speaker's present location, the second and third about a past time action, and the fourth is, without more context, unnatural.

I'd say back is an adverb.

What do you think about "I return, or I come back"?
Are "I return" and "I am back" similar in meaning?
