In what context can I use the expression I´ve got it made ?

In what context can I use the expression I´ve got it made.(by someone called Agent, may be God, the Almighty)

get’ is a causative verb. The past participle of action verb (make) is used after have/got to give a passive meaning. This an affirmative sentence, so replace the question mark with full stop. See the application in the poem.

I've got a few good friends and all my bills are paid
I got the moon and stars above and I've got it made

You can also say: I have it made. ‘have’ and ‘gat’ both function as causative verb having same meaning using the following form.
Subject + Causative verb+ Agent + Action verb + Object
