Hello.

Can colonnades be hyphenated as col-onnades and cathedral as ca-thedral?

Why do you want to hyphenate those words at all? Are you talking about breaking the words up into syllables?

This is the printed text. These words are hyphenated (from one line to another) as col-onnades and ca-thedral.
Is it ok?

If it's in a printed text, there's nothing you can do about it.

Most of us never need to split long words at the end of a line, but if you do, consult a dictionary such as this one, which shows you how to separate the syllables – like this:

ca·the·dral.

Ca-thedral looks weird to me. However, with word processors sorting thing out for us, most people rarely, if ever, actively hyphenate, and those that do should have printers on hand to do it.
