Today, I saw a message subject as "how's it going!",

What does "how's it going!" mean?

How is everything? How do you do? What's up? What's happening? How are you feeling?

It's an informal greeting.

:up: It's presumably an expression that first arose among German immmigrants to the USA, who wanted a familiar translation in English of their native Wie geht es? (literally 'How is it going?'). Now though it's widely used in many countries where English is spoken.
