Dear all nice teachers

How to use cohesion words or phrases in such a way that it attracts no attention ?

Does it mean that there is ''hidden'' cohesion word or phrase ?

Can you give some examples ?

Many thanks

Some learners overuse cohesion, especially in exams where they're looking for marks, so virtually every sentence begins with nevertheless/however, etc. If, for example, you move however from initial position and place it more discreetly in the middle, it's atrtracting less attention and not shouting hey give me a point for cohesion.
