how to read 2010 and 2005

How do you read the following?
1. 2010- two thousand ten or twenty ten
2. 2005 - two thousand (and) five or twenty oh five
I've heard that it used to be two digit way in 1900 to 1999, but at the turn of 2000, it mostly switched to "two thousand (number) way, but I still stick to both.
What about you?

I would say twenty ten and two thousand and five.

I say 'twenty-ten' and 'twenty-oh-five'.

Sometime around twenty-ten people started saying the year like that. Two thousand eight, for example was said like that, not "twenty oh eight."

I'm glad to see you've put the non-AmE 'and' option in 2. It also belongs in 1. Here, we tend to say the former - "Two thousand and five/ten".
The trend now is to return to the conventional "Twenty fourteen" in AusE as well.
