Hi guys
I've been living in English speaking country over 10 years...
But it still seems hard for me to improve my writing skills, and, the most of time, I don't understand a lot of words written in newspapers.
And I would love to improve my English writing.. (like Native English speakers.)

Do you guys recommend any online English courses or online tutors?
I would love to find an online tutor who could just read my writing once or twice a week, to correct my writings and tell me the wrongs I did and how to correct them. And answer my questions time to time... (just by emails...)

or do you guys have any other ways to improve writing skill? (Remember.. my problem is that English is my second language.. so the problem isn't the lack of writing practice... grammar issues and word choices too....)

Thanks.

It seems to me that you are doing just fine. True, you could improve, but who couldn't do better?

I do have a couple of suggestions. You want to improve your writing. Also, you want somebody to point out your mistakes and make suggestions for improvements.

:)

Thanks :)
But when it comes to academic writings, business writings and etc.
I have hard time writing it... So I think I should get some help on improving my writing (thanks again for the correction, xx).

Hello, Alleala:

Since you are a new member, you may not yet be aware of a forum here called "Editing and Writing Topics."

I suggest that you check it out.

It may be just the forum that you are looking for.

Neither do I, although I have been learning English for decades. It may be inevitable among mediocre non-native speakers.

Not a teacher.

Matthew, I think your English is far better than mediocre. Very few non-native speakers achieve perfect fluency in a new language. Many native speakers also stumble at times.
