Have you considered taking a pronunciation/accent reduction class? If you don’t want to spend money, then you can try YouTube. For example, on YouTube, type in the following and search:

English pronunciation æ

Some clips are very good. To name a few: Rachel's English, JenniferESL, EnglishMeeting - Dave Sconda. Or find a YouTuber/channel/program you like and mimic what he/she says.

The bottom line is you’ll need a lot of practice.
