How to decline or reject?

I asked some details of an item on sale. The seller asked me "Are you interested?"

I am not interested, how to reject it in proper English?

Is there some sentence like "I will pass" or something like "I do not want"?

I'll pass on it.

Or:

I'm not interested.

Or:

No, thank you.

Another option is something like "Let me think about it", or "I'll think on it." This option works when you don't want to directly say 'no'.

It can simply mean you're truly undecided, but is also understood to be a tactful way of declining something with little or no chance of actually saying 'yes' later.
