How to ask ordinal question

Hello teachers,

Look at this sentence. Suppose that we are talking about the fifth president of a country. I can't make a
question for that.

I want to make a question for this answer: (He is the fifth president)
I can't make that.

Can these be correct?

Which number president he is?
Which president he is?
What ranking president he is?

Suppose that the quiestioner wants to know whether he is fifth president, fourth, sixth, ....etc.
I can't make such question.
I hope you understood me.
