Which sentences are correct?

i) How much is your phone battery charge left?
ii) How much charge is left on your phone?

If they are incorrect. How would a native say this?

There are a few ways to say it (but not sentence i as you now know).

How much phone battery have you got left?
How much battery have you got left? (This works if it's clear to the reader/listener that you're talking about their phone battery.)
How much juice have you got left? (Note that "juice" is slang for "power/charge" in this context.)

Is it incorrect to say "How much charge have you got left"?

You say you charge your battery but the battery doesn't keep the "charge". I think the term "power" is more commonly used.
Battery juice is new to me.
