Which one is correct when he still has his all wives?

I'd say 'How many wives have you got?'
 
Rover's suggestion is the only one so far that works to express that the person is married to more than one person at the same time (polygamy).

Both suggestions in post #1 could equally be used simply to find out how many times someone has been married in total throughout their life.
 
I suggest you ask this:

How many wives do you have?
