A person to a gym instructor.

1) How many minute's gap should I keep between two sets of the exercise?

2) How long should I wait before doing the next set?

3) How long should I wait before moving on to the next exercise?

4) How much gap should be there between two sets or exercises?

Please check my sentences.

I'd go with #2 or #3.

The apostrophe is in the wrong place in #1. Also, you should use "leave" not "keep".
You have a typo in #4 and a missing article.

1) How many minutes gap should I leave between two sets of the exercise?

2) How long should I wait before doing the next set?

I told you that the apostrophe was in the wrong place in #1. I didn't tell you to remove it.

2 and 3 are OK. You don't need to write them again.

You have written #4 exactly the same way despite the fact that I already told you there is a typo and you have missed an article. I have just noticed that the word order is wrong too.

In your next post, please just try again with sentence #1. After you get that right, we'll move on to #4.

The apostrophe is now in the right place. Now read post #2 again and change the verb.

OK, 1 is now correct. Let's move on to sentence 4. As I said, there is a typo (spelling error), a missing article and two of the words are the wrong way round (you have transposed them). Try again.

I have underlined the parts that are still incorrect.

I said that you had a typo (spelling error). Changing "or" to "in" isn't an example of correcting a spelling error - you've changed the word completely. Only one letter was wrong when you typed "or".

What do you know about word order when constructing a question.

I am going to give you one more chance before I close this thread. The word "in" is wrong. You typed "or" several times and then you changed it to "in".

I told you to use a two-letter word and I told you that one of the letters is an "o".

How much gap should I leave between two sets? If I want to say two sets of an exercise then what do I need to say?

How much gap should I leave between two sets?:tick: If I want to say "two sets of an exercise" then what do I need to say?
Say exactly that.

So - for the final time, tufguy, write out the whole sentence taking into account the information GoesStation has given you.

How much gap should I leave between two sets of an exercise? I think this is what you wanted me to do. But forgive me if I am wrong.

NO!!! That's a corrected version of post 15. You are supposed to be writing a corrected version of sentence 4 in post #1. You originally wrote "4) How much gap should be there between two sets or exercises?" We have now been discussing that sentence for over 10 posts. You have all the information you need to correct that sentence.
The result should be one sentence, containing eleven words.

How much gap should I leave between two sets or an exercise?

Actually I was confused. I thought that he had written "Say exactly that" for both for the sentence and for "of an exercise".

Tufguy, I don't believe this is happening. I have told you that "or" is not right. GoesStation even highlighted the correct word and told you to use it. You even got the right word in post #16, yet you've changed it back to "or".
