How do you say if you offer to share your umbrella with a stranger in the rain e.g elderly people or kids?

"Excuse me; would you like to share my umbrella?"

Note that your question should be 'What do you say...?'

Note that your question should be 'What do you say...?'

What is the difference between "How do you say" and "What do you say"?

"What do you say" means "What words should I use if I want to say ...". It's usually followed by "if".
"How do you say" usually refers to a translation.

What do you say if you want to offer someone your umbrella?
How do you say "chapeau" in English?

Hi ems. Thanks for your excellent examples.

Could you give me an example of 'what do you say' not followed by 'if', please?
