How do you say 2010?

Dear all,

From the 2000 onwards I've heard people saying two thousand and two/five/nine..etc (or would you say twenty 0 three/nine...?).

In 2010, would you go back to saying twenty ten? or two thousand and ten? Which form is predominant if any?.

Where I come from the two forms are used perhaps equally.
I prefer "twenty ten", etc.
