I met a foreigner Mike tonight and he told me he's been teaching kids for many years. I asked him "How do you like teaching kids?" I wanted to ask how he feels by teaching kids English.

Is my italic sentence natural?

Yes. It's equally well expressed with "Do you like teaching kids?" They'll lead to much the same answer.

You can also just say, "How do you like it?"
