How can i practice my oral English ?

I'm a new English learner .My oral English is very poor. I want to practice my oral English by speaking English the whole day . However, there are lots of words i don't know .Is there any other way to practice?

It's very difficult to pracise speaking effectively without a native speaker, advanced learner or teacher to help you. If you don't have access to these, some of the videos here may help.

Try orally to translate your own language text (simple plays and dramas books) into english , maybe that help. [Not a teacher, as a learner]
