Hi,


I need to ask to the hotel I'm going to stay if they could hold some purchase for me until I arrive.
Then I wrote this email to send them.


Subject: Information
Message:
Hi,

My name is Rafael.
I have a 2 days reservation for 18th October 17.
I'm wondering if I receive a parcel about 3 days before my arriving could you hold it to me until my check in...


Is it possible?

Can you do me a favour by taking delivery of a parcel and keeping it three days before I arrive to stay at your hotel on the 18 October?
