Hello,
In Iran we usually smoke hookah / hubble bubble when we go out with friends. But we don't smoke illegal drugs.
We smoke fruit tobacco with it. I mean orange tobacco, grape tobacco, watermelon tobacco, apple tobacco etc.
It has beautiful taste. Now I wonder what you call it in English. What's the difference between "hookah" and "hubble bubble"? Are they the same thing? Which word is common?

This is the picture of it: http://s.alriyadh.com/2009/07/17/img/1-259.jpg

Thank you

Both terms are used, I think "hookah" is more common. It's quite common for Arab/Middle Eastern restaurants in the UK and France to have what they call "Shisha smoking areas", so many people call them "shisha (pipes)".
