Hello. I have seen this question in my exercise book. It says to indicate the underlined part that needs correction.
- Historically, it was the third Asian Games in Japan that tennis, volleyball, table tennis and hockey were added.

According to my exercise book, the key is C. It says "that" should be "when". However, I think B is correct and it shoulb be "in/at the third Asian Games". Am I wrong? Help, please.
