What does this sentence mean? I guess it's from Harry Potter book.
Specially what does "break with relief" mean?

"Harry!" Ron shouted, his voice breaking with relief "Harry, it's our car!"

The suggestion is that his voice, prior to this, was somewhat tense/worried. That tension was broken because he was relieved, presumably, to see the car.
