[General] Hi! I can't understand a sentence.

That's a mystery to me, I'm afraid. It sounds like "Is there a come?" or "Is there a count?" but neither makes sense. I notice that the subtitles read "Missouri come?" That also makes no sense!
 
I think it's some very poor editing, and a chunk of the dialog was cut to save time. These kinds of movies don't bother much with 'details'. My guess is: "Is there (someone waiting for you) at home?" What we hear is the "(a) t home?" What that might have to do with her being on "just a business trip" I can't say, but again, this is a Lifetime movie, so the story won't make much sense. Very possibly there was some more dialog cut to get from the discovery of the ring to the 'business trip'.
