Alex is the host of our English club and he's been organizing his English club for many years. Tonight, there was an in-person meeting so Alex posted some photos in our chat group. Then Shine, who's been in our group for a few years said "Alex, you have a good business". (There are many participants of the meeting in the pictures posted by Alex). I thought Shine knew that Alex wasn't profitting from his English club because he never charges his members. I then said "He's not doing any business, you know." Is my reply natural? Do I need to be more specific by saying something like "FYI, the English club has never been charging any members" or something else?

He's not doing it for profit.
