Shoud I say "here are" or "here is" or it depends on something else( the object considered)?
Such as I say:
"Here are some pens"
"Here is some pens"
"Here is a pen"
Which is wrong?

"Here is some pens" is wrong.
 
Yes, it depends on the object. Here is "one thing." Here are "plural things."

It might help you to remember that in such sentences, the word "here" is something like "there."

Just as you would say:

There is a book; there are books.


So, too, do you say:

Here is a book; Here are books.
