[Help] Tag Questions with Falling Tone!

Dear teachers:

When someone asks me a question like this ---"Are you working here, aren't you?(with falling tone)" my respose to it should be "Yes, I am." due to his strong implication through the falling tone. Please correct my grammar in the above sentence! Thanks for your professional help!

The first part of your sentence should be a statement, not a question. "You are working here, aren't you?"
 
You don't need a question tag when the word construction is already a question.

Are you working here?
You're working here, aren't you?


Is this your car?
This is your car, isn't it?
 
Whether the tone is rising or falling the answer is either 'Yes, I am' or 'No, I'm not'.
