Help needed: Response to internship interview

My name is Francesca and I would like to ask you to please have a quick look to the response I wrote for an internship interview I just got. I am so excited about it that I am so scared to blow it by making some stupid mistakes as I am a non-native speaker. Please let me know if something does not sound correct.

Tuesday 2 February is perfectly fine with me. However, as I will be on a trip until 13 pm on that day, I would be grateful if we could schedule the interview in the late afternoon.

Hello Francesca, welcome to the forums. Your letter is quite good, I would advise you to change just "looking forward at" to "looking forward to" and "13 pm" to "13:00" or "1 o'clock".
