How to express the meaning if all of three are incorrect?

and Is it necessary to write them in all capital letters if make it slogan?( for example,CENTURY ANNIVERSARY FOR YUNNAN-VIETNAM RAILWAY
Thank you!:)

1 Commemorate 100 years anniversary of railway from YunNan to Vietnam.
2 Century anniversary for YunNan-Vietnam railway.
3 Celebrate YunNan-Vietnam railway for using 100 years.

Good morning.

(1) That is very interesting. I did not know that the railroad was 100 years old.

(2) A newspaper headline might read:

(The) Yunnan-Vietnam Railroad Celebrates (Its) 100th Anniversary

This Year Marks 100 Years of (the) Yunnan-Vietnam Rail Link

100 Years of Yunnan-Vietnam Rail Service (Is) Commemorated

(3) The words in parentheses would probably not be used in a newspaper headline.

(4) If you are writing a slogan for a big poster, it would be fine to use all capital letters. Then everyone could read the words more easily.

(5) Americans prefer "railroad" instead of "railway."

Have a nice day!
