Teachers, which sentence is correct?

1 I knew him to have been arrested by the police.
2 I knew him having been arrested by the police.
3 I knew him have been arrested by the police.

I think 3 is correct. But I am not sure. Could you please tell me which one is correc and why? Thank you!:)

None is correct. One natural way to say this is, "I knew that he had been arrested by the police."

Harry, you don't need to say 'Hello, teachers'; just go ahead and ask your question.

It is especially unnecessary in your thread title.

Rover:)
