I would be grateful if you would suggest which one is the best to say. (It's not a question, so don't use a question mark.)

They are all grammatical and often heard.


Please note that a better title would have been I am looking for a job.

This is about the same in the US but we would almost always use "I'm" instead of "I am". We have similar benefits which are paid through the various states. The benefits are not the same from state to state as each state has different ways to compute the benefits. Here, the employer pays into an insurance fund and the out of work person receives unemployment insurance.
