This is a commercial phrase of a face mist.
If the two underlined parts are awkward, please correct them.

When the heat sensation of skin keeps rising in hot temperatures.
Skin Trouble - Don't worry about it anymore and leave it to A** Mist!
 
Off-topic but I can't resist. Your asterisks in the name of the product have made me giggle. There's just one word that springs to mind when I see A**. Yes, I'm in a very childish mood today!
 
Do you mean heat sensitivity?
I would pluralise "trouble".
