1) He is Executive Manager.
2) He is an executive manager.
3) He is the executive manager.

Are all the three sentences possible in certain contexts? Is yes, could you help me understand it, giving some context?
 
2) means that there is more than one executive manager.
 
And what's the difference between 1) and 3)?
 
No difference.
