He have been to London. or He has been to London. and Why ?
"He has been" is correct. All verbs in English take an "s" at third person singular. "He" = third person singular so "have" becomes "has".
I have, 1st person singular.
You have, 2nd person singular.
He/she/it has, 3rd person singular.
