a) I need a computer with a huge memory.
b) I need a computer having a huge memory.

Which sentence is correct?

I think the option b.

They are both grammatically correct but only a) is natural.

To me, "b" is wrong. Either use "a" or say "... which has a huge memory".

Neither of them are very natural to me, when speaking of computers. We typically speak of how much memory a computer has rather then it having a small/big memory. You usually hear people talking about needing 'a lot of/lots of' memory (aka 'RAM').

I need a computer with a lot of memory for video processing.

If you want to be geeky about it, then you'd talk about your minimum RAM requirements.
16 gigs of memory is the bare minimum for gaming nowadays.
