I know that the verb to get has two participles - got and gotten. I also know that "Have you got a car?" means "Do you have a car?"
1 - Can I come to the conclusion that the sentence above is in the present simple?
2 - Can "Have you gotten a car?" ever have the same meaning as the sentence above?
