have the DVD to watch

Are these sentences correct:
1) I have the DVD of this movie at home to watch with my brother.

2) I have the DVD of this movie at home to watch.

I know they don't mean the same, and the 'to watch' in '2' does seem redundant, although it might indicate that I have not watched it yet.

I think they are OK.
 
They are, though I would leave to watch out in the second.
 
I would leave out "of this movie." You have the DVD to watch.
