Here is the definition of the phrase 'be left':
if something is left, it remains after everything else has gone, been taken away, or used.
So here is what I confused about, I'm not sure that it should be'after everything else has gone, been taken away, or'has been used.'
It drives me crazy.

... after everything else has gone, (has) been taken away, or (has been) used.

Whatever's remaining is left.

There were three sandwiches on the table. I ate two. There's one left.

If I eat the last one, there'll be none left.

There were a hundred people waiting to vote. Ninety have voted. There are ten left. Once they finish voting, there'll be none left.

Nothing to do with the direction "left". Here, "left" is the past tense form of "leave".
