As the title, may I know which is the right one ?

It depends on the infinitive that you're basing it on.

"Has risen" is the past perfect of "to rise"

"Has raised" is the past perfect of "to raise".

So it would depend on the context of the sentence you are trying to construct in order to choose between these two different verbs.

Good morning, Zayck.

(1) I think that "to raise" is what the dictionaries call a transitive verb.

(a) That is, it needs an object.

(i) I have raised the window.

(2) I think that "to rise" is intransitive.

(a) It does not take an object.

(i) Look! The sun has risen.

Have a nice day!
