1 Neither of you has say in the matter (I mean has no right) of my firm and dictate terms how to run it.

2 Everyone has no say in the matter of my firm and dictate terms how to run it.

Which sentence is more appropriate?

Please advise me if it is better to use the term "business correspondance' or 'business letter'?

Sentence 2 doesn't work at all. Sentence 1 is closer. Try Neither of you has any say in the matter of how to run my firm. I omitted "dictate terms" because it's redundant and doesn't fit in the sentence.

"Business correspondence" is an uncountable noun for the category that includes business letters, emails, faxes, etc.

It's also correct to say 'Neither of you have any say in the matter'. (Click)

(But only with 'you' — not with 'them' or any plural noun such as 'the employees'.)
