Hi all,

Would someone help which option I should use:

He has been managing / managed the property since 2000.
PS - the property is still managing by him at the moment.

Thanks in advance
Eric

You have them the wrong way round.

He has been managing the property since 2000.
He has managed the property since 2000.
He is currently managing the property.
He currently manages the property.
The property is being managed by him at the moment.
The property is currently being managed by him.

Welcome to the forum, Eric. :hi:
PS - the property is still [STRIKE]managing[/STRIKE] being managed by him at the moment.
Both 'he has been managing' and 'he has managed' are possible.
