I haven't watched the video. In case it doesn't answer the question, Brewster is pronounced like "BREW stir".
 
Listen to the pronunciation of "brew" and (the last part of) "sister", and you'll get an idea about how it's said.

I should have specified that BREW stir works reliably only for those with rhotic ("r-pronouncing") accents.
 
For some, possibly, but not for all of them.
